Revised the bag so to speak ...

I decided to go with the shorter twisted straps, but I didn't cut them just in case the recipient wants to wear it long ...

The bag for my daughter's teacher is now lined and has two separate compartments, I hope she likes it!!











This is my version of Roxy Lady, it will be felted tomorrow. Once dry it will be lined and given to my son's teacher as her end of the school year gift.

Yes, I'm still here ...

Hey! I've been working on far to many projects all at once, but that's the way it usually is - lol!! But I am trying to get some fininshed before I start some new ones. Here is the bag I am working on right now. It's Zib's 'Roxy Lady', with a couple of adjustments. You can find the link to purchase the pattern in my archives (Jan 2006). I'll post the completed pics hopefully VERY soon!! I'm making this for my son's teacher and school gets out in a little over a week!!

Well, believe it or not I whipped this up in one evening!! The drying took longer than the knit up!! The pics of the felted bag show the colours more accurately.

Well, I have been busy lately with the kids and all sorts of stuff, but I have been knitting to! I finished a felted tote and I have frogged 2 socks, 2 tops and have been working frantically on one that I think just might be a keeper (knock on wood VERY quickly). I'll try to post pics soon ... I promise!!
