Guilty of neglect yet again ....

Well, I am back ..... I have been knitting, frogging, crocheting, frogging ..... it is one vicious cycle I'll tell ya!

I'm also trying to decide what to give one of my chums for her b-day .... yarn just seems way to obvious .... perhaps a gift certificate?? I'n not 100% on any of it .... and then to top it off, she'll be getting whatever it is late - so not only am I neglectful, I'm tardy as well ... sigh ... how shall I get thru this .... more knitting and crocheting as therapy I suppose .....

Well, I have been busily working on my Olympic project .... if I remember I'll take some pics of the sweater tomorrow .... but tomorrow shall be a busy day as it is ds #1's birthday!! WooHoo!!! He'll be the big numero 7!!! How time flies!!!!

Thursday ....

Well, the week is better than half over ..... maybe that is why I feel so tired! Well I have picked out my yarn for my top down henley tee, a nice and soft natural colour cotton, I think it will be very nice & if all goes well, maybe I'll whip frog my sweater from last summer & reuse the yarn to make another one in varigated pinks!!

As for my ROXY LADY, well, I'm waiting on some NORO Kujaku
(a twisted, multicolor wool blend) that I won on ebay & I just might use it with a solid yarn ... I think it might look very KEWL!!!! Perhaps once the yarn gets here I'll swatch it and see how it looks as I have a couple solids that I'm thinking about .... can't wait!!
