Hack, hack ... blahhhhh

I have been neglecting my blogging lately, not exactly on purpose, but due to a lack of energy.
My 2 ds's are both sick with fevers and horrible chest coughs, and being their primary care giver has landed me with the same ailment ... dh & dgd have both been trying to help out by letting me grab naps here and there & helping out a little more around the house, but as always, there are certain things that I like done a certain way - lol
Anyway, when I am feeling better, hopefully very soon, I shall try & get some pics up of the fo's I have done since the beginning of the new year ...

My Favourite Yarn Shop ...

Mary's Yarns in Unionville is by far my fav yarn shop! They ALWAYS have AWESOME deals in the sale room, the staff is very helpful & friendly and it is just a great place to be ... These pictures don't even show HALF of the store, but I was far to busy browsing, touching and scooping up yarn to take more pictures ... next time maybe - lol

Knitting

Yes, I have been knitting ... quite a bit actually, just not documenting it so much here. I have put some pics up on my Ravelry page, but I also have yet to photograph all my projects ...On the weekend I finished up a pair of felted mukluk's ... well, yes & no ... I finished all the knitting, but felted them today, and they aren't really mukluk's as I didn't make them into a high boot and I really strayed from the pattern making many modifications ... but I like them and that's all that really matters since they will be going on my feet!

Along with these, I have been working on two sweaters that are my own design/pattern, I have made several Thorpe hats and various other projects ...
