Tricoteuses Sans Frontières or Knitters Without Borders. TSF was born as a response to the tsunami disaster on December 26th 2004, but exists to fundraise for Médecins Sans Frontières/ Doctors Without Borders. MSF helps all persons who need them, regardless of their race, religion, politics or gender. MSF won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999.
This is a great cause, and you should venture over to the site and do a little more reading ... the link is to the right and it will get you there in a heartbeat!! We all have a few extra dollars that we can donate, even if it's just the few dollars you choose to donate instead of buying that froofy coffee at the local coffee house, every little bit helps!!
