Thanks for visiting We Love Annie. We hope that this site will serve as a hug of support from the fiber community to Annie Modesitt and her family on their current journey. Annie's husband Gerry is battling Mulitiple Myeloma, a terminal cancer that strikes plasma cells.Annie has graciously agreed to let us help her family. Here are a few ways that you can help out:
Make a donation and enter the "Six Weeks of Socks" contest. Starting July 2, we'll be drawing one name per week from that week's donations. The winner will receive a sock kit (yarn & needles). Check the blog weekly for the new sock yarn!
Send us your favorite Annie story (kid safe, please!) and we'll post them to the blog.
Send pics of your knitted/crocheted Annie designs and we'll share those as well.
